1Tbsp sesame oil | heat | fry shortly | add | add | stir through, let it boil to thicken | serve with rice | 60 gobo | wash or peel | slice thinly (like sharpening a pencil with a knife) | soak in water for 5 min & drain |

100g fresh maitake mushroom | ||||||||
1/2 Tbsp sugar | mix to dissolve sugar | |||||||
1/2 Tbsp soy sauce | ||||||||
1 Tbsp sake | ||||||||
1/2 Tbsp mirin (sweet sake) |
