Beef with mushroom and gobo |
Serves 1-2 |
| 1Tbsp sesame oil | heat | fry shortly | add | add | stir through, let it boil to thicken | serve with rice | 60 gobo | wash or peel | slice thinly (like sharpening a pencil with a knife) | soak in water for 5 min & drain |
| 150g thinly sliced beef | marinade | |||||||

| 5g fresh ginger | grate | |||||||
| 100g fresh maitake mushroom | ||||||||
| 1/2 Tbsp sugar | mix to dissolve sugar | |||||||
| 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce | ||||||||
| 1 Tbsp sake | ||||||||
| 1/2 Tbsp mirin (sweet sake) | ||||||||
