Beef with mushroom and gobo

Serves 1-2

1Tbsp sesame oil heat fry shortly add add stir through, let it boil to thicken serve with rice
60 gobo wash or peel slice thinly (like sharpening a pencil with a knife) soak in water for 5 min & drain
150g thinly sliced beef marinade
1/2 Tbsp sake
1/2 Tbsp starch
salt
5g fresh ginger grate
100g fresh maitake mushroom
1/2 Tbsp sugar mix to dissolve sugar
1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp sake
1/2 Tbsp mirin (sweet sake)
