Coq au Vin

Serves 4-5

butter fry until brown stew 40-50 min add thicken with (corn)starch serve with baguette
coctail onions
250g bacon pieces bake until bacon is brown
10 small mushrooms
1 carrot dice fry until brown
1 onion slice
olive oil
1.5kg chicken (filet/drumsticks) fry 5 min.
500ml dry red wine
150ml chicken broth
fresh herbs (parsley, celery, chives) chop
pepper
