1 egg beat au bain-marie until very thick and a little warm get out of the water and beat until cool again mix trough mix through put in greased form, make sure dough layer is 2cm high bake 20-25min at 180C cool down & cut into cubes revolve through revolve through
33g soft white sugar
vanilla sugar
33g flour
10g butter melt & let cool down again
100-150g dark chocolate heat in microwave to melt, stir through frequently
20g butter
100-150g grated coconut
