South-African Chocolate Cake

For a large cake (LxWxH=36x10x7.5cm)

(take 3/5 of this for a normal 25x10x7.5cm cake)

100g dark cooking chocolate break in pieces make smooth sauce on low heat mix cool down mix mix bake in oven at 180C for 45-50min
5tsp=25ml water
8tsp=40ml cocoa powder
375g white sugar
250g butter cut into small pieces
5tsp=25ml cognac
250g flour
little salt
1Tbs=8g baking powder
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites beat stiff
