Duck in orange sauce

Serves 3

500g duck (with skin) put the duck in 250ml sauce in the oven for 45 min at 200C, pour juice over duck every 10 min.
3 oranges wash & cut all in 8 pieces keep on low heat for 15-30 min (don't cook) sieve, keep fluid only add add pepper to taste
1-2 glasses of red port wine
juice of 1 lime
2 tbs honey
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp worcestershire sauce Thicken rest of sauce with starch
1/2 soup cube
2 onions fry shortly
2 tsp thyme
black pepper
starch
