Lamb stew

Serves 4-5

750g lamb meat cut in pieces marinade fry shortly simmer 10min thicken with (corn)starch add on top serve with chips
olive oil mix
teri-yaki or soy sauce
1 clove garlic
kordamom (ca. 7-10 seeds)
thyme
rosemary
italian herb mix
pepper
salt
1 big onion slice fry add
125g smoked bacon pieces
1 carrot dice
1 or 2 red/yellow paprika(s) slice
1 leek slice
cocktail onions
75ml tomato puree
red wine
125g green beans boil
fresh parsley chop
