Tuna Strudel with Leeks and Mushrooms

Serves 4-5

10g yeast mix make firm dough cover and put away 30min. in a warm place roll to 30x40cm wrap smear bake 20min. 225°C
lukewarm water
100g wholemeal of flour with breadcrumbs
100g wholemeal of flour with breadcrumbs
75gr butter
1tsp salt
little sugar
1 egg
1 big onion slice fry simmer 5-10min simmer until thick
250g mushrooms slice
2 leeks slice
1 glass of red wine
250g sandwich tuna
150g creme fraiche
salt
pepper
1 egg beat up
