Tuna Strudel with Leeks and Mushrooms

| 10g yeast | mix | make firm dough | cover and put away 30min. in a warm place | roll to 30x40cm | wrap | smear | bake 20min. 225°C |

| 250g sandwich tuna | |||||||
| 150g creme fraiche | |||||||

| pepper | |||||||
