Okra with pork meat and tofu |

| 1Tbsp sesame oil | heat | fry shortly | add, heat until okra are getting just a little soft | mix and heat until the egg is ok | serve with rice |
| 100g pork meat | cut in pieces | ||||
| 100g okra | cut all in 2 or 3 pieces | ||||
| 200g momen tofu | cut in 1cm thick slices | put in microwave for 1.5min (800W) to get some water out | |||

| quite some katsuo-bushi (shaved bonito) | |||||

katsuo-bushi (shaved bonito). They come in a variety of sizes. It is best to the small ones for this recipe. It looks very much like very thin wood-curls.
